Twitter Content Search Behavior on Search Engines and Twitter Apps

Twitter_searchAs a co-researcher, I co-developed and conducted diary studies, semi-structured interviews, and competitive analysis to understand the user needs and the contexts of searching for tweets on Twitter, web search portals, and various Twitter apps.

This project generated a range of actionable insights into redesigning Daum’s search results pages to better incorporate relevant search results from Twitter content (tweets).
